- Organize a list of factors that Toyota should examine to
facilitate their decision regarding which countries they should
enter (Poland or Chile of both). The list of factors should include
broad indicators such as GDP (or Income), Population (for size of
the market), etc. For each factor, briefly explain how and why this
information will be useful. Suggested length is approximately
two-three pages. - Find information that will indicate the relative attractiveness
of these two countries along the dimensions (list of factors) that
you suggest above. You can organize the information collected in a
table. - Make a recommendation based on your analysis above.
