Cat LIMIS 16 16 A manager of a manufacturing company is having concerns with staff production, materials being manufactured and overall motivation of workers. He needs to dig into what has caused these issues. You’ve been hired by the manager as a consultant to address his concerns. What you’re tasked with is how to address this issue(s) and creating a cause and effect diagram that illustrate how the causes and effects relate to one another and how you as the outside consultant who has been hired by the manager to remedy the situation. I’m looking for two-three paragraphs of what it is you’re planning to do to remedy the situation and a graph/chart to illustrate the cause/effects/remedies.
