In the assignment, you were to compare and contrast a hospital organization or entity by providing an Assessment and Report of Findings in the Hospital Overview. Reflect on the following within the Discussion Board:
1. Comment on the hospital organizations’ types of program, education, and specialties offered, vision, benefits, work ethic, and/or cultural climate.
2. List one benefit and/or limitation to pursuing employment with the agency or what was of special interest to you.
