scenario:
I have to pretend that I am an account manager and write an
email to a client (James). I was introduced to this new account via
email from the previous account manager. The client (James) is very
polite but said OT was too expensive, and he told me he would like
to put in his 30-day termination notice. I need to send him a
well-written email and be persuasive to keep this account. I am
selling the ” OpenTable” application table application that
restaurants use for reservation, takeout, and the experience on the
go. I need to convince him to keep the account with the company.
